David Razzell is a counsel in our real estate practice
David has significant experience of a wide range of real estate work, including development agreements, acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure projects, residential development and real estate finance.
His clients include the UK Government and a wide range of funders and developers. In the last 12 months, has advised on nationally significant infrastructure projects including the £700m Priority School Building Programme as well as on several large scale residential developments.
David also has significant experience advising on issues relating to residential rights of pre-emption, in relation to estate services regimes and in relation to ground rent disposals.
