With over 30 years' experience in the legal sector, both in private practice and in-house, Chris has a deep understanding of clients' changing needs, and the business priorities and constraints of in-house legal functions. He works with clients to design cost-efficient legal services and solutions and to help them continuously enhance their legal operations. Chris also champions the transformation of legal services at Ashurst in order to improve the client and lawyer experience while lowering delivery costs.
Chris was formerly global head of the firm’s securities and derivatives practice and co-head of the firm’s bank sector, and he founded the firm’s leading derivatives practice.
Chris won the Intrapreneur award at the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe awards in 2022.
