Amanda has over 20 years of experience advising clients in the TMT sector and, more recently, in the wider digital economy. Clients include the major operators, vendors and banks operating in the TMT sector whom she advises on a range of transactions, including strategic infrastructure and services arrangements, alliances and joint ventures, M&A, telecom financings. She is also a recognised specialist on licensing and regulatory issues across EMEA.
Amanda has previously worked at the UK regulator and was GC in a tech start up.
