BROWSE ABOUT USLo studio legale internazionale Ashurst ha assistito Banco BPM in relazione agli aspetti legali e fiscali dell'accordo con Banca Sistema per la cessione di un portafoglio di crediti originato da ProFamily, società finanziaria del Gruppo BPM per la concessione di credito al consumo alle famiglie, già fusa per incorporazione in Banco BPM lo scorso giugno. Il portafoglio è composto da crediti rimborsabili mediante cessione del quinto dello stipendio o della pensione e/o delegazione di pagamento.
L’operazione, il cui perfezionamento è soggetto all'autorizzazione dell'Autorità di Vigilanza, include crediti per un ammontare di circa 150 milioni di euro.
Nell'operazione Ashurst ha affiancato la Direzione Legale di Banco BPM, guidata da Antonia Cosenz , che ha seguito l’operazione con un team coordinato da Maria Teresa Guerra, Responsabile Finanza Legale, insieme a Raffaele Carfora.
Ashurst ha agito con un team guidato dal partner Michele Milanese supportato, per gli aspetti legali, dalla counsel Annalisa Santini.
