Our Learning Options can be tailored to suit your organisation's policies, learning purpose, budget, and time constraints. Our Client-Tailored Workplace Learning options include:
Workplace training – interactive and experiential sessions based on adult learning principles. Our workplace training programs are ideal for:
- learning or updating skills eg how to conduct a workplace or safety investigation
- challenging and changing perceptions eg about appropriate workplace behaviours
- any time frame, from two hours for Workplace Behaviours to two days for multi topic sessions; and
- up to 20 participants, to maximise the benefit of the interactive nature of the programs.
Round table discussions – interactive and discussion-based sessions. Our facilitated round table discussions are ideal for:
- learning about changes to the law and regulatory requirements eg managers' liability and due diligence under WHS laws
- briefing senior management teams and boards in an efficient and interactive way; and
- up to 10 participants, to maximise the dialogue between our experts and your people.
Seminars – detailed presentations. Our seminars are ideal for:
- briefing large numbers of people at the same time
- updating staff on changes to the law or reminding them of their obligations
- time-constrained staff; and
- as many people as your venue can hold.
