- A leading electronics/consumer goods manufacturer on product regulation and potential consumer claims under the ACL;
- A food manufacturer on the voluntary withdrawal of a product across Australia, following a recall in the USA because of an outbreak of salmonella;
- Pan Pharmaceuticals in relation to the recall of 1,600 therapeutic products sold nationally and internationally, manufactured over a two year period;
- A distributor of pacemaker products on the impact of a recall and the contractual, trade practices and product liability issues arising out of the recall;
- A European aviation business in respect of product liability, regulatory, contractual and health and safety issues;
- One of the world's leading producers of fertilizers on product liability issues and potential claims;
- On and co-ordinating the defence of multiparty product liability claims brought or threatened against an international tobacco manufacturer in various jurisdictions including Australia, the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, France, Bulgaria and Turkey; and
