Yan advises on private and public M&As and investments of private equity/funds and growth capital. He had extensive experiences of leading complex cross-border transactions, covering a range of sectors in multiple regions such as China, Southeast Asia, Europe and the North & South Americas.
Yan was named the "New Generation Lawyer" in China Corporate and M&A category by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017 and as a "Rising Star" by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021.
Yan is qualified in New York. He received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and had worked at a magic circle firm's New York and China offices each for a number of years.
