Vincent's transactional practice focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and project development, particularly in the sectors of energy and infrastructure. Vincent represents public and private companies as well as investment funds and advises both sponsors and investors.
Vincent has extensive experience gained from more than 25 years spent in the structuring, management, negotiation and documentation of complex investment, acquisition and sale projects in a variety of energy and infrastructure sectors including public infrastructure, fossil fuel and renewable power generation assets, electric and gas transmission assets, as well as in other sectors including natural resources, industrials, food and retail.
Vincent has experience in a large number of emerging markets; a fluent Spanish speaker, he has particular knowledge of Latin America, having worked in Colombia for some years. He also worked in New York.
He is an avocat at the Paris Bar.
