Tony is a Partner in Ashurst Risk Advisory and leads our work health and safety (WHS) and psychosocial risk capability.
With over 26 years' experience, Tony is considered an expert in WHS, psychosocial risk management, investigations and navigating health and safety regulations. As a former Senior Litigation Lawyer for the Safety Regulator (then WorkCover NSW) and a Police Prosecutor, and Detective in the NSW Police Force Tony has an innate understanding of the increasing regulatory pressures clients are facing.
Tony's pragmatic approach harnesses technology, analytics, and comprehensive workplace assessments to bolster cultural and safety outcomes.
He is a WHS board and executive coach and advisor, and provides end-to-end consulting and advisory services, ranging from psychosocial risk management, major WHS system improvement and redesign to premium transformation WHS projects.
