Tom Penton is a senior associate in our projects and energy transition practice
Tom is based in London. Tom has experience acting for stakeholders (including government, project developers and funders etc.) in energy, infrastructure and decarbonisation projects. He has experience across a range of commercial contracts (including power purchase, grid, government subsidy contracts), regulatory and general commercial matters, across a range of technologies.
Tom also has a strong interest in electricity, CCUS and hydrogen regulatory issues, and contractual aspects of Government support schemes relating to decarbonisation projects.
