Sean Ching is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice
Sean advises corporates and financial sponsors on cross-border private M&As and JVs across various sectors including financial services, telco and insurance. He also advises on international sub-sea cable JVs, telco commercial contracts and telco licensing in Hong Kong.
His other experiences include a secondment with Ashurst London where he advised on a number of private equity fundraising and private equity portfolio transactions in the insurance and real estate sectors and also a secondment with Meta's APAC network infrastructure team.
