Sacha Nesviginsky

Sacha practices in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team. Before joining Ashurst, he practiced civil and commercial litigation in Montreal at a Canadian national firm. Sacha practices in corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions  and restructurings. In addition to their general corporate affairs, he advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures and financings.

He holds a Bachelors in Civil Law (LL.B.), a Master in Business Law (LL.M.), a North American Common Law (J.D.) and a Master in North American Common Law (LL.M.) from the University of Montreal. In addition, he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in International Dispute Resolution at the Queen Mary University of London.

Sacha is a member of the Luxembourg, Paris, Ontario and Quebec Bars. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
