Robert Jamieson is a consultant in our projects practice
Robert specialises in energy and resources, environment and government, and mainly practises in the areas of environmental law, planning and development law.
Robert acts for all sectors of industry and developer clients. He conducts Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Supreme Court litigation relating to environmental, planning and rating issues. Robert has recently been extensively involved in advising the Country Fire Authority of Victoria on all aspects of allegations of past poor practices at its various training facilities and the impact of land and ground water contaminated by perfluronated compounds. Robert is commended by clients on his ability to develop commercial solutions to complex problems. He is very experienced, responsive and brings energy and enthusiasm to all he does.
Robert has acted as a part-time lecturer and tutor in the School of Environmental Planning in the Faculty of Architecture at Melbourne University and acted as a visiting Fellow at the University where he taught Environmental Law in the under and post graduate programs of the Law Faculty.
