Rebecca Servian is a senior associate in our incentives practice
Rebecca advises on the design and implementation of directors' remuneration policies and share and cash-based incentive plans, on compliance with the UK remuneration reporting regime and on the remuneration aspects of terminating and appointing executives. She advises banks and financial institutions on remuneration aspects of financial services regulation. Rebecca works with clients to establish employee trusts and assists with the operation of these structures.
Rebecca also advises on the share plan aspects of corporate transactions including takeovers, IPOs, rights issues and company reorganisations. She considers the impact of the transaction on the share plans for employees and implements new incentive arrangements post-completion.
