Pierre Joubert is an associate in our corporate practice
Pierre specialises in corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures, financings and in relation to their general corporate affairs.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Pierre worked as an associate in the corporate practice of a leading Luxembourg independent law firm. He also worked as a trainee with an investment bank and private equity firm in Paris.
Pierre was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018. He speaks English and French.
