Nicolas Deuerling is a partner in our real estate department
Nicolas specialises in advising national and international clients in relation to complex real estate transactions by way of asset or share deal. He has particular expertise in (cross-border) portfolio transactions and property financing as well as in project development. In addition to his knowledge on real estate and property law, he has a specific background in corporate law and regulatory law. Nicolas advises domestic and international investors as well as financial institutions (including open- and closed-ended funds).
In addition, Nicolas has extensive experience in regulated and corporate transactions in the real estate market. He also advises in distressed real estate transactions and assists Asian clients with in-bound investments in Germany.
