Nathan Lindsay is a senior associate in our competition practice
Nathan specialises in competition and consumer law, with particular expertise in contentious merger applications, regulatory investigations and competition litigation.
Nathan has advised clients in a wide range of industries, including in transport, mining, energy, construction, consumer goods and financial services. Across those sectors, he advises on concerns or allegations relating to cartel conduct, misuse of market power and anticompetitive arrangements. Nathan also assists clients to ensure joint ventures, marketing campaigns and other commercial arrangements comply with competition and consumer laws.
Nathan also advises on access to infrastructure, and anti-bribery and corruption matters.
