Nada Maltaric is a senior associate in our Projects and Energy Transition practice group who specialises in commercial and contract law, complex and strategic procurement, intellectual property and providing advice to both Commonwealth and State government agencies and departments on complex procurement issues. Nada has advised on collaborative contracting arrangements, contract governance, liability regimes, procurement tender preparation and is regularly involved in the negotiation of high value and strategic procurement contracts across a broad range of goods and services.
Nada has also provided advice on compliance obligations under the Public Governance and Accountability Act (PGPA) and the accompanying PGPA Rules, contract drafting for Commonwealth and State government departments and agencies.
