Mitchell has extensive experience on a range of complex outsourcings and other commercial arrangements including advising on IT and business process outsourcings, systems development and integration, software licencing, hardware procurement and support, white-labelling, cloud computing, and “As a Service” arrangements.
Mitchell also advises on data flows and compliance with data protection, privacy and spam requirements, including technology, data protection and privacy due diligence.
Mitchell has acted for Australian and international clients in the Technology, Banking, Consumer, Food & Retail and Mining industries including ANZ Banking Group Limited, Rio Tinto Limited, Woolworths Group Limited, Westpac Banking Corporation, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, nbn co, Meta Platforms Inc.
