Michael Lyndon-James

Michael practices primarily in the area of project finance and energy, transport and infrastructure projects focused on public private partnerships, working with lenders, sponsors and public authorities.

Michael's transactional experience includes a broad range of corporate matters, including advising in respect of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate governance and capital markets. His experience includes a focus on both international and domestic renewable energy, and infrastructure- and resource-related transactions, both in the United States and Australia.

Michael was named a Super Lawyer "New York Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2020.

Michael is admitted to the New York State Bar and is qualified in Western Australia.
