Melanie Harwood

Melanie advises government and private sector clients on the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects, with a diverse range of experience acting for both public and private sector clients.  Melanie is experienced in drafting and negotiating a range of project documentation, including delivery partner, EPC, EPCM, O&M, D&C, ECI, alliancing and consultancy contracts, teaming and joint venture arrangements. As a former in-house lawyer and risk manager for a Fortune 500 company who has worked in both Australia and the Middle East, Melanie has a commercial and pragmatic approach.
