Matthew Tague is a senior counsel in our projects practice
Matt focuses on public finance, having represented issuers and underwriters of municipal bonds and related financings for over 17 years. Matt advises on all types of municipal bonds, including those issued to finance US P3 projects, general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and bonds involving conduit borrowers. Most recently, Matt was an executive director at J.P Morgan, advising the public finance group in the firm's investment bank.
Matt is admitted to the New York State Bar.
