Matilda O'Keefe

<p>Matilda is a Senior Associate in Ashurst's Digital Economy Transactions team. Matilda primarily advises on government procurement, with a particular focus on ICT-related matters. She also has significant experience advising on materiel, construction and infrastructure matters. She has worked on a number of complex, high-value and time-critical projects for a range of Commonwealth government clients, both externally and in-house. As part of this, she has advised on complex issues that arise throughout all stages of the procurement lifecycle, including during approaches to market, contract negotiations, contract administration and at project-end.</p>
