Mathilde Buresta

 Mathilde specialises in corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. She regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures and financings as well as in relation to their general corporate affairs.

Prior joining Ashurst, Mathilde worked for the corporate team of a Luxembourg independent law firm.

Mathilde was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019. She speaks French, English and Italian.
