Laurence specialises in corporate law, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and private equity.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Laurence worked for several international law firms and in a major investment fund, in Luxembourg and Paris.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and is also registered with the Luxembourg Bar (List IV). She speaks English and French.
