Laura's principal areas of practice include the delivery of major commercial projects (including public private partnerships), with an emphasis on the resources, infrastructure and energy industries.

Laura's experience includes the structuring, drafting and negotiation of documentation related to major infrastructure and resources projects, including service agreements, construction contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, power purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.

Laura acts for a broad range of clients including project owners, sponsors and financiers.
