Laura Birkinshaw-Miller

Laura specialises in the financing and development of power, energy and infrastructure projects, with experience advising sponsors and lenders (including ECAs) on projects in the UK and internationally.

Particular experience includes the project financing of social infrastructure and utilities projects, project development of renewable energy projects and transactions in relation to renewable portfolio acquisitions and financings.

Laura was seconded to the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg in 2018, where she worked on various venture debt transactions. 

Laura is qualified in England & Wales.
