Kseniia is a senior associate in the corporate transactions practice in London, specialising in advising corporate clients and investment banks on a wide range of equity capital markets, listed company and M&A transactions. She is also focused on advising listed companies on corporate and cyber governance matters.
Kseniia joined Ashurst in September 2017 and since then has spent time on secondment to the M&A legal team at Credit Suisse and the ECM legal team at Barclays.
