Prior to coming to law, Kit held senior positions with IBM in Australia, China, Europe and the Middle East.<br /><br />He has advised on large digital transformation, telecommunications and outsourcing projects in Asia Pacific and across the globe.<br /><br />Kit also advises private and public sector clients on cybersecurity, critical infrastructure and privacy regulation (domestic and international); and has acted on a number of high profile data breaches.</p>
