Kevin Boyero is a senior associate in our finance practice
Kevin specialises in banking and finance. He advises equity funds, corporate clients and debt arrangers on a wide range of complex transactions including leverage finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and project finance. He also has an international experience in debt restructuring.
Kevin joined Ashurst since November 2018 after four years in another international law firm.
Kevin is member of the Paris Bar Association since 2014.
