​Ken specialises in leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate finance and debt restructurings and workouts, both in domestic and cross border transactions.

He has advised on senior and mezzanine debt packages accessing both bank and debt capital markets; on syndicated and bilateral loan markets facilities; and on restructurings in distressed scenarios and secondary debt trades.

Ken has been involved in a wide range of international finance transactions representing both major commercial and investment bank lenders and corporate and private equity borrowers in the Australian, European and US markets.
