Justine Abel

Justine focuses on renewable energy, clean technology and gas projects and transactions. She has advised domestic and international clients on all aspects of the project lifecycle including project development, project documentation including joint development agreements and project services and funding agreements, investment and shareholding documentation, joint venture and security agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, bespoke and ISDA-based power purchase agreements for corporates and retailers, due diligence and cross-border share and asset purchases. She also has corporate M&A experience in Australia and the UK.
