Joy has extensive experience in a number of key real estate and hospitality transactions across multiple Australian jurisdictions (including the acquisition, disposal and leasing of hotels and other commercial properties).
Joy specialises in advising on hotel management agreements and key commercial contracts (both domestically and internationally).
Joy also provides ongoing operational advice to property investment and development companies including retail and commercial leasing matters. She also advises on liquor and gaming laws and regulations in Australia.
