Johnson specialises in advising clients on energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial matters and commodity sales and marketing arrangements in the oil and gas sector. Prior to joining Ashurst, Johnson advised the sponsors of a major LNG project in Australia for a number of years.
