Jasmine specialises in structured products with a particular focus on derivative transactions structured as OTC trades or structured products (including structured securities and deposits), across all classes of underlying assets and covering a wide range of product structures.
She has advised on a number of well-known and high-volume structured products programmes, and regularly advises on the Prospectus Directive and key regulatory issues that arise in relation to structured products, including product governance, unfair contract terms, PRIIPs and the EU Benchmark Regulation.
Jasmine also advises on the structuring and documentation of bespoke proprietary indices based on a wide range of strategies (including long/short, volatility target and momentum) and linked to a variety of underlying assets.
