Jack advises Australian and international clients on a range of public and private transactions and equity capital markets. His experience covers all aspects of public and private M&A, with a focus on schemes of arrangement, public company takeovers (including contentious matters heard by the Takeovers Panel), shareholder activism and corporate governance advice.
