Leading a cross disciplinary team, she works with clients to help identify their pain points and deliver complex, innovative legal solutions for large corporates, financial institutions and government agencies.
Helga's legal operations experience spans over 20 years and covers both law firm and in-house roles. Her career includes legal project and portfolio management, legal operations leadership and large scale transformational change.
Helga focuses on building effective client solutions across each of Ashurst Advance's new law service pillars to deliver strategic value to our clients.
Helga is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and holds a Legal Project Management qualification. She has authored a chapter on legal project management implementation for the 2021 Globe Law and Business publication "Next Stage Legal Project Management". Helga is a member of the Steering Group and one of the founders of the Legal Project Management network, a global community for collaboration and idea sharing between Legal Operations professionals. One of the network's key objectives is the standardisation and professionalisation of the role of legal project manager.
Helga regularly presents at legal industry events on legal operations strategy and implementation.
