Geoffrey Delamarre

Geoffrey specialises in corporate law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings. He regularly advises private equity and international corporate clients in relation to the setting up of their acquisition structures and financings, and in relation to their general corporate affairs.

Prior to joining Ashurst, Geoffrey worked for several international law firms and in a major investment fund, in Luxembourg and Paris.

Geoffrey was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2018 and speaks French and English.
