Gabrielle Metherall is a counsel in our finance department and a member of our banking group
Gabrielle has expertise in domestic and cross-border acquisition and corporate finance transactions. She advises international banks, debt funds and investors on diverse forms of acquisition finance (including leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, unitranche loans and super senior structures).
Prior to joining Ashurst in Frankfurt, Gabrielle worked at Ashurst in Melbourne where she advised local and international lending institutions on corporate, acquisition and asset finance transactions.
Gabrielle is qualified in Australia (Victoria).
