Fiona Keating

Fiona specialises in bank lending and structured finance, advising international banks, fund sponsors and asset managers in secured and unsecured lending deals and securitisation transactions, fund finance, private equity, real estate finance and syndicated lending transactions.

Fiona has extensive experience advising clients on subscription credit and capital call facilities involving cross border funds in the facility structure, her area of practice also includes advising on the cross-border distribution of investment funds

Fiona is admitted to practice in Ireland (barrister-at-law, currently non-practicing) and in Luxembourg (avocat exerçant sous son titre professionnel d'origine – liste IV).

Fiona speaks English, German and French.
