Federica Periale

Her practice mainly focuses on banking and finance where she gained significant experience in advising domestic and international lenders and sponsors on various financing transactions in relation to both the financing structure and project contracts aspects for the construction and management of infrastructures and other public and private facilities, as well as in the renewable energy and real estate sectors.

Federica was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2007, and she gained her LL.M. in Islamic Law and Arab Comparative Commercial Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London) in 2005.
