Fabio Niccoli is a partner in our corporate practice and the head of our Italian private equity team
Fabio has extensive experience in private equity, M&A and corporate law. He advises Italian and international private equity funds and global corporations on complex M&A transactions, including minority investments and cross-border transactions. His wider experience includes corporate governance and commercial contracts.
In his previous experience, Fabio served as General Counsel of one of the most significant investment companies in Italy where he was a member of the Investment Committee and seated in the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies.
