Eve Andersen is a senior associate in our employment practice
Eve has a broad range of experience advising public and private sector clients on employment, industrial relations and work health and safety issues. This includes advice on industrial relations strategy and enterprise bargaining, and individual employee issues including misconduct, performance management, redundancy, general protections, unfair dismissal and discrimination. Eve is regularly involved in the conduct of court and tribunal proceedings.
Eve also assists clients to manage issues relating to award and enterprise agreement compliance. Eve advises on the interpretation of industrial instruments, engaging with the Fair Work Ombudsman in relation to compliance issues and remediating underpayments.
Eve delivers workplace training and is involved in the conduct of workplace investigations.
