Ethan Perry

Ethan has more than 19 years of experience advising on international capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. He regularly acts for major international investment banks and corporates on global equity and debt securities offerings and other fundraisings and has extensive experience advising on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and corporate restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining Ashurst, Ethan worked for a number of years at a top-tier New York-based US law firm and a London-based 'Magic Circle' law firm. Ethan also completed a senior-level secondment at a leading international investment bank in Singapore, during which he advised on numerous equity, debt and mergers and acquisitions transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. Ethan is ranked as a "notable practitioner" by IFLR1000, and he speaks fluent German and Italian.
