Emma Garrett is an Australian lawyer in our dispute resolution practice in Frankfurt
Emma works primarily in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, and has experience with the LCIA Rules, the DIS Rules, and the ICSID Convention.
Emma holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University, graduating in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from a leading Australian university, where she focused on international law. Emma was admitted as an Australian lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021.
Prior to joining Ashurst, Emma worked in London, England at the LCIA, and in Melbourne, Australia, primarily within the Commonwealth judiciary.
Emma’s native language is English and she is also fluent in Swedish.
