Douglas Murning focuses on leveraged finance, private debt, special situation and fund financing transactions. He advises both borrowers (including private equity funds and their portfolio companies) and creditors at all levels of the capital structure and has experience advising a wide range of stakeholders in relation to cross-border financial restructuring and rescue financings. Doug has extensive experience in both Europe and Asia and has been additionally seconded to the leveraged finance and special situation groups of two leading global investment banks.
