BROWSE ABOUT USDavid leads the Ashurst Legal Project Management (LPM) and Legal Process Improvement (LPI) team in Asia Pacific. He has a diverse, adaptive and flexible skill set, and a proven track record in managing all aspects of a wide range of large and complex legal projects, including commercial issues, scope, progress-tracking, reporting, human and technology resourcing requirements and the delivery of work product.
Before joining Ashurst, David was the head of project management at an international law firm in London before moving to Australia where he established the project management capability for that firm's offices in Asia Pacific. Prior to that David was in-house at a major UK bank, where he worked on several programmes relating to the pricing and value of legal services delivered to the organisation by its panel law firms and the management of in-house lawyer commercial training, with a particular focus on employment and litigation work.
In addition to his work with clients, David has presented at major conferences in Australia and Japan on a variety of topics related to legal services delivery and improving in-house legal functions.
