Dave Rome is strategy director in our corporate lending team
Dave is a partner-level appointment in the banking & finance team. He joined Ashurst in 2016, having spent 28 years in corporate banking with RBS, working across the UK and Europe as well as in Asia. He held a number of senior relationship management positions within the bank, before latterly heading up its market-leading syndicated loan business.
Dave's focus is on all credit markets with a particular insight into both the lender and borrower side of the loan markets. He has extensive market knowledge and insight, a proven track record of leading complex transactions, international experience and a keen focus on client account management.
