Daniel Solomon

Daniel is a senior associate in our projects and real estate practice, based in the UAE. He specialises in project development in the oil & gas, energy and infrastructure space. Daniel has advised across a range of legal documentation in these sectors, including transactional construction documents, concession documents, shareholder agreements and share purchase agreements.

Daniel joined Ashurst in 2021 from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), where he was an Associate General Counsel for the Finance Investment team, leading a number of significant projects for ADNOC in its transformation process. In addition to the above experience, Daniel was also responsible for managing various M&A and corporate financing transaction undertaken by ADNOC.
