Christine Baumberg

Christine's broad experience includes acquisition and leveraged finance, asset finance and leasing, corporate lending and loan markets, real estate finance and structured finance.

She has significant international experience, including working as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt and as a solicitor at New Zealand law firm Buddle Findlay. She has advised each of the major Australian banks, other leading financial institutions, corporate borrowers and sponsors.

Christine also advises lenders on preparing and improving standard documentation and guidance notes.  In addition, she has experience in capital markets and in restructuring, insolvency and special situations.
